About Michelle

I'm a pediatric occupational therapist with over 17 years of experience helping children build the skills, confidence, and independence they need to thrive. I provide home-based occupational therapy services for children throughout Central Massachusetts, supporting a variety of developmental, sensory, motor, and self-regulation needs. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with children on the autism spectrum, as well as children with developmental delays, sensory processing differences, motor coordination challenges, and other pediatric needs. I use an individualized approach to help each child build skills, participate more fully in daily life, and reach their potential.

In addition to my work as an occupational therapist, I am a lifelong figure skater and experienced skating instructor. In 2012, I combined my passion for skating with my expertise in pediatric occupational therapy to begin providing adaptive skating lessons for children with diverse abilities. Through individualized skating instruction, children have the opportunity to build balance, coordination, motor skills, confidence and independence in a fun and encouraging environment. Skating can be a powerful way for children to challenge themselves, celebrate successes, and discover new strengths.

At Glide & Grow OT, my goal is to create meaningful experiences where children feel supported, capable, and empowered. Whether through occupational therapy or skating-based skill development, I strive to help children grow in confidence and discover what they are capable of.
